This notice describes how Total Auto Sales (2246763 Ontario Inc.) handles information submitted through this vehicle-financing questionnaire and optional website analytics.
Information we collect
The questionnaire collects vehicle preferences, income and employment information, trade-in details, contact information, consent choices, and advertising attribution such as UTM parameters or fbclid. Basic technical information, including browser type and IP address, may be processed for security and advertising measurement.
How we use it
Information is used to review the financing situation, contact the applicant about the questionnaire, maintain consent records, prevent abuse, measure advertising performance, and determine whether a plausible lender route may exist. Qualification is not approval.
Cookies and optional analytics
Meta Pixel loads only after the visitor allows optional analytics and only on the configured production host. It supports PageView and quiz-funnel measurement without questionnaire PII in event properties. Microsoft Clarity is prepared but disabled until operator approval; if enabled, it also requires analytics consent and the page is marked for full content masking. Clarity project settings must remain in Strict masking mode.
Choices and withdrawal
Visitors may decline optional analytics. Marketing email or text consent is optional and can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe instructions in a message. Credit-report consent can be withdrawn by contacting Total Auto Sales, subject to processing already completed. Browser settings can also remove stored cookies and local choices.
Retention and safeguards
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. Access is limited to systems and people who need it for those purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be promised as risk-free.
