Who will call me?
One local Total Auto Sales finance manager will follow up about the questionnaire. It is not a call centre handoff, and the information is not sent to a list of unrelated callers.
Will I be rejected like I was at the bank?
We don't decide on a credit score alone. Bankruptcy, collections, no credit history, self-employment. These are the situations we work with every day. Answer a few questions and we'll be honest about whether you qualify to continue.
Can you promise I'll be approved?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can do is tell you the real requirements up front and look for a lender that works with situations like yours.
What if the monthly payment is more than I can handle?
We structure financing around what you can afford. Your budget comes first, then the vehicle. You won't be pushed into a payment that doesn't fit your life.
What actually happens to my application?
Three simple steps: you answer seven questions, our finance team reviews the file and looks for a lender route that fits, and we reach out with what we found. Nothing is submitted to a lender until you decide to go ahead.
Will applying hurt my credit score?
Answering the quiz does not check your credit. A credit check only happens later, and only with your explicit permission, once you decide to move forward.
